Step 1: Open Windows Command Prompt. Run–>cmd.
Step 2: Type diskpart and press enter to continue.
Step 3: Disk partition prompt will be opened.
Step 4: List out the connected.
Step 5: Select your USB Pen drive.
DISKPART>select disk 1
Step 6: View the disk details.
Step 7: Clean the disk file system information.
Step 8: Create USB Pendrive as a primary partition.
DISKPART>create partition primary
Step 9: Chose the partition as priority 1
DISKPART>select partition 1
Step 10: Make partition as active.
Step 11: Format the USB Pendrive using FAT32 File systems.
Step 12: Assign the drive latter or mount point to USB Pendrive.
Step 13: exit the diskpart utility
Copy ISO file into USB drive using power ISO Software
Choose the menu “Tools > Create Bootable USB Drive”. The “Create Bootable USB Drive” dialog will popup.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 / 8 operating system, you need confirm the UAC dialog to continue.
In “Create Bootable USB Drive” dialog, click “…” button to open the iso file of Windows 7 or Windows 8.
Select the correct USB drive from the “Destination USB Drive” list if multiple USB drives are connected to the computer.
Choose the proper writing method. “USB-HDD” is recommended.
Click “Start” button to start creating windows 7 / 8 bootable USB drive.
